Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton (CHCGD) is a nonprofit organization founded in 2007 through a collaboration between local hospital systems and Public Health-Dayton & Montgomery County. CHCGD was formed to improve access to high-quality, affordable primary health care in the region. While we are a relatively new company, we have the luxury of operating out of three well-established locations:
Charles Drew,
Corwin Nixon, &
East Dayton Health Centers.
Our mission is to improve the health of underserved communities in Dayton and the surrounding area by providing preventive and primary health care services to patients, regardless of ability to pay.
We invite you to meet our staff, review our
services, and learn more about
Community Health Centers of Greater Dayton (CHCGD) through this website. We encourage your participation as a potential patient, employee, supporter or volunteer.
At CHCGD, we are passionate about providing accessible, high-quality health care for all who need it. While it is popular these days to be referred to as a “medical home”, we simply view ourselves as
your neighborhood doctor's office.
