Dental Services

We refer our patients to Miami Valley Hospital Dental Center for dental services. Services provided are, preventative dentistry, dentures, partials, root canals, restorative dentistry, crown and bridge work, periodontal treatment, and oral surgery.

Behavioral Health Services - Provided by Wright State University

CHCGD is committed to providing a wide-range of services that address the health of the whole person, including the well-being of the body, mind and spirit. In conjunction with Wright State we also offer many psychological services including:
